目的:考察红花黄色素注射液对重型颅脑损伤患者神经保护的可能机理。方法:重型颅脑损伤患者108例,按入院顺序随机分为对照组52例及观察组56例,对照组给予手术、脱水、止血、防治感染、中枢神经支持、肠内营养、维持内环境和生命体征稳定等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予红花黄色素注射液。结果:与对照组比较,治疗过程中观察组颅内压和脑脊液中谷氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),血糖、末梢血乳酸含量、血清NSE含量及GCS评分显著改善(P<0.05),休克、肺部感染和应激性溃疡发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:红花黄色素可通过神经保护作用治疗重型颅脑损伤。
Objective: To investigate the possible mechanism of safflor yellow injection in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods: One hundred and eight patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into control group (n = 52) and observation group (n = 56) according to admission sequence. The control group was given operation, dehydration, hemostasis, prevention and treatment of infection, CNS support, enteral nutrition, Vital signs and other conventional treatment of stability, the observation group was given on the basis of the control group safflower yellow pigment injection. Results: Compared with the control group, intracranial pressure and cerebrospinal fluid glutamate levels were significantly decreased (P <0.05), blood glucose, peripheral blood lactate content, serum NSE content and GCS score were significantly improved (P <0.05) Shock, lung infection and stress ulcer rates were significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: Safflower yellow can treat severe traumatic brain injury through neuroprotection.
