目的:分析粗壮秦艽根部的弱极性成分。方法:首次采用气相色谱-质谱联用对粗壮秦艽根部的弱极性成分进行了分析研究。结果:从根部分别分离并鉴定出23个化合物,并计算出各化合物的相对含量。结论:该实验结果为粗壮秦艽的化学成分研究及进一步开发利用提供了依据。“,”Objective To analyze the Puny Polar Components in Gentiana robusta. Methods Puny polar components of the root of Gentiana robusta were analyzed by GC-MS for the first time. Result 23 components were identified and their relative content was calculated in the root. Conclusion The result would provide foundation for studying the components and further exploitation of Gentiana robusta.
