以市售的白皮蒜为供试材料,以“京丰一号”甘蓝为受体材料,设置大蒜浸提液浓度为0、10、30、50、70、90、100g·L~(-1),对甘蓝种子进行处理,测定其发芽率及发芽势;将凹土添加量分别设定为0、20、40、60g·kg~(-1),将大蒜浸提液分别设定为0、100、300、500、700g·L~(-1),共20个处理,测定甘蓝的株高、叶绿素含量、根系活力和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等各项生长及生理指标,以探讨大蒜鳞茎浸提液对甘蓝的化感效应及凹土对大蒜鳞茎浸提液胁迫下甘蓝生长的缓解效应。结果表明:大蒜浸提液浓度越高,甘蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势及甘蓝的各项生长及生理指标越低;随大蒜浸提液浓度的提高,甘蓝生长和生理指标显著降低;添加凹土含量为20~40g·kg-1的大蒜浸提液处理,甘蓝的叶绿素含量和根系活力等生长和生理指标较高,SOD活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较高,丙二醛含量较低,凹土对大蒜浸提液胁迫下的甘蓝生长状况改善明显。

Garlic extract with 20 ~ 40g · kg-1 soil had higher growth and physiological indexes such as chlorophyll content and root activity, higher SOD activity and catalase (CAT) activity, Lower, concave soil on the garlic extract under stress cabbage improved significantly.
