镀铬薄壁缸套是一门新工艺、新技术。随着我国汽车品种的发展,已开始普遍采用薄壁缸套。由于缸套的内表面经镀铬处理后,具有理想的耐磨性、使用寿命长及节约缸体材料成本等优点,故采用镀铬薄壁缸套的较多。本文根据国外资料及国内调研情况,对不同批量下的各种工艺方法、采用的各种设备及其经济性作了初步分析,并根据二汽初试结果,以五千辆份6105型发动机为例,对年产36000件的工艺进行分析、探讨。
