2-三氟甲基丙烯酸是一种重要的的化工医药中间体。制备2-三氟甲基丙烯酸的原料有两种,2-三氟甲基-2-羟基丙腈和3,3,3-三氟丙烯。后者采用过渡金属配合物催化法,或制成2-溴三氟丙烯后与锌、镁、锂等金属反应。但是2-溴三氟丙烯的金属试剂,即三氟异丙基金属试剂,在常温下容易热分解。采用高活性金属在低温下反应有望减少其热分解,从而提高收率。
2-Trifluoromethacrylate is an important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates. There are two kinds of raw materials for preparing 2-trifluoromethacrylic acid, 2-trifluoromethyl-2-hydroxypropionitrile and 3,3,3-trifluoropropene. The latter by transition metal complex catalytic method, or made after 2-bromotrifluoro propylene with zinc, magnesium, lithium and other metals reaction. However, the metal reagent of 2-bromotrifluoropropene, that is, the trifluoro-isopropyl metal reagent, is easily thermally decomposed at room temperature. The use of highly reactive metals at low temperatures is expected to reduce its thermal decomposition, thereby increasing the yield.
