根据黏弹性理论及接触力学,对细长轴搓滚加工受力情况进行了分析,建立了受力模型,导出了轴内任一点应力计算公式,该应力由法向分布力引起的应力、切向分布力引起应力、法向集中力引起的应力、切向集中力引起的应力和均匀双轴拉应力5部分组成。搓滚加工压力、推力对轴的应力均有影响。根据应力计算公式可判断轴的某点是否发生塑形变形,轴的组织和性能情况;还可对搓滚加工压力及推力进行预估,用于指导生产。最后以一个实例的方式验证了公式的可行性。
