大肠癌是引起低位急性肠梗阻最常见的原因,目前处理意见有分歧。现将我院26年收治大肠癌并发急性肠梗阻137例经验总结如下。临床资料我院1960～1985年收治大肠癌并发急性肠梗阻137例,其中男性85例,女性52例,男女之比为1.7:1。发病年龄为19～77岁,平均为47.5岁,而40岁以上者占75％。癌肿部位:癌肿位于右半结肠31例。其中盲肠9例,升结肠12例,结肠肝曲7例,横结肠右侧3例,而位于左半结肠54例。其
Colorectal cancer is the most common cause of low-grade acute intestinal obstruction, and there are currently divergent treatment opinions. The experience of 137 cases of colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction was summarized in the following 26 years. Clinical data In our hospital from 1960 to 1985, 137 cases of acute intestinal obstruction were diagnosed with colorectal cancer, including 85 males and 52 females. The ratio between males and females was 1.7:1. The age of onset is 19 to 77 years old, with an average of 47.5 years old, and 70% of those over 40 years old. Cancer site: 31 cases of cancer in the right colon. There were 9 cases of cecum, 12 cases of ascending colon, 7 cases of colonic hepatic curvature, 3 cases of right lateral colon, and 54 cases of left colon. its
