目的:建立气相外标法测定广藿香中百秋李醇的含量。方法:色谱柱为弹性石英毛细管柱ZB-5(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);程序升温:初始温度190℃,保持6 min,以40℃·min~(-1)的速率升温至230℃,保持2 min,进样口温度为280℃,检测器温度为280℃;分流为20:1,进样量:1μl。。结果:百秋李醇在0.011 0~0.552 5 mg·ml~(-1)的范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=2.0%(n=6)本试验所建立的外标法测得的13批样品中百秋李醇含量都高于内标法。结论:该方法准确简便、环保、重复性好,较原方法更能准确地测定广藿香中百秋李醇的含量。
Objective: To establish gas phase external standard method for determination of patchouli polyphenols content. Methods: The column was a flexible quartz capillary column ZB-5 (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm). The temperature was programmed at 190 ℃ for 6 min and the temperature was raised to 230 ℃ at a rate of 40 ℃ · min -1 ℃ for 2 min, the inlet temperature was 280 ℃, the detector temperature was 280 ℃; the split was 20: 1, the injection volume was 1μl. . Results: The average recoveries were 100.1% and RSD 2.0% (n = 6) in the range of 0.011 0-0.552 5 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) The test established by the external standard method for the determination of 13 batches of samples were higher than the internal standard elm alcohol content. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple, environmentally friendly and reproducible. The method is more accurate than the original method to determine the content of periwinkle in patchouli.
