目的:探讨纤维喉镜下儿童声带小结及息肉的治疗方法与效果。方法:经纤维喉镜下治疗儿童声带小结136例,息肉54例。结果:近期(1周)疗效:治愈71例,显效91例,有效28例,总的有效率为100％,术中、术后均无并发症。结论:纤维喉镜下儿童声带小结及息肉摘除术是一种疗效好、操作方便、安全迅速、术后恢复快,值得推广的方法。
Objective: To explore the treatment of children’s vocal nodules and polyps under fiber laryngoscope. Methods: 136 cases of vocal cords and 54 cases of polyp were treated with fiber laryngoscope. Results: In the short term (1 week), 71 cases were cured, 91 cases markedly effective and 28 cases effective. The total effective rate was 100%. No intraoperative or postoperative complications were found. Conclusion: Vocal cord nodules and polypectomy in children with fibrous laryngoscope are a good curative effect, easy to operate, safe and rapid recovery after operation. It is worth popularizing.
