目的:通过对沉香中5种色酮的含量测定,建立沉香质量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定沉香中5种色酮含量,采用Waters C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B),流速1 m L·min-1,检测波长252nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:色酮A,色酮B,色酮C,色酮D,色酮E{(5S,6R,7R,8S)-2-[2-(4-甲氧基-苯基)乙基]-5,6,7,8-四羟基-5,6,7,8-四氢色酮}分别在7.15~358.00,0.88~44.20,1.54~76.80,1.26~63.20,1.54~77.00μg与峰面积之间线性关系良好(r>0.999 0);精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD均<2%,平均加样回收率95.56%~98.82%。结论:该HPLC法可简单、快速、有效测定沉香中5种色酮的含量,可作为沉香质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for quality control of alopecia by determining the content of five chromones in aloe. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the content of 5 kinds of chromones in Acacia confusa. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid (B) and the flow rate was 1 m L using a Waters C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, min-1, detection wavelength of 252nm, column temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 10μL. Results: Chromone A, Chromone B, Chromone C, Chromone D, Chromone E {(5S, 6R, 7R, 8S) -2- [2- (4-methoxy- phenyl) ethyl] -5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-5,6,7,8- tetrahydrocanone} were 7.15 ~ 358.00,0.88 ~ 44.20,1.54 ~ 76.80,1.26 ~ 63.20,1.54 ~ 77.00μg and peak area (R> 0.999 0). The RSDs of precision, repeatability and stability were all less than 2%, with the average recovery of 95.56% ~ 98.82%. Conclusion: This HPLC method can be used to determine the content of 5 kinds of chromones in alosmeters easily, rapidly and effectively, and can be used as quality control method of alopecia.
