介绍了碘化法制备高纯钛的工艺条件及操作要求;在真空度0.002 Pa,碘化温度600℃,分解温度1 100℃条件下,晶体横截面断口形貌整齐、规整,结晶情况良好。经电子束炉熔炼后的产品纯度可以达到4N5。
The technological conditions and operating requirements for the preparation of high purity titanium by iodination are introduced. Under the condition of vacuum degree of 0.002 Pa, iodination temperature of 600 ℃ and decomposition temperature of 1 100 ℃, the fracture morphology of the cross section of the crystal is neat, regular and the crystallization is good. After the electron beam melting furnace product purity up to 4N5.
