中国传统的姓名文化传承到今天,仅保留了姓加名的命名形式,而摒弃了字号。本文从论述中国目前的姓名管理制度出发,指出其存在的问题:体系不完善,重名现象严重,没有充分保障公民的姓名自主权,导致中国传统文化缺失等。我们通过对比古今海外的姓名管理制度的优缺点,认为一个较为完善的姓名管理制度应该做到既能充分保障公民的姓名自由,又能传承其传统文化,并且能有效地避免重名问题。由此,我们提出应该修改身份证条例,实行姓、名、字号一个都不能少的命名方式。 The traditional Chinese name and culture inherited to this day, only retained the surname plus name of the form, and abandoned the font size. Based on the discussion of China’s current name management system, this article points out its existing problems: the system is imperfect, the phenomenon of duplicate name is serious, the citizen’s name autonomy is not fully guaranteed, and the lack of traditional Chinese culture is caused. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the name management system of ancient and modern overseas countries, we think that a relatively complete system of name management should not only ensure the full freedom of names of citizens, but also inherit the traditional culture and effectively avoid duplication of names. As a result, we propose that we should amend the ID card regulations, the implementation of surname, name, font size, a name can not be less.
