目的:研究天黄猴枣散对实验动物解热、祛痰平喘及抗惊厥的药效作用。方法:分别建立动物的干酵母发热模型、酚红排泌模型、引喘模型及惊厥模型,分别给予天黄猴枣散高、中、低剂量处理后,测定动物体温、气管酚红浓度、致热因子、哮喘潜伏期、惊厥潜伏期、死亡潜伏期等相关实验指标。结果:与对照组比较,天黄猴枣散高、中剂量组小鼠惊厥发生的潜伏期显著延长,发热大鼠肛温的升幅显著降低,血清中IL-1、IL-6及下丘脑组织中PGE2含量显著降低,豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);天黄猴枣散高剂量组惊厥小鼠的死亡潜伏时间显著延长(P<0.05),小鼠气管酚红排泌量显著增加(P<0.05),大鼠血清TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:天黄猴枣散对实验动物显示出良好的解热、祛痰平喘及抗惊厥作用,其作用呈现一定的量效关系。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic effects of Zizania haifutu on fever, expectorant and anti-convulsion in experimental animals. Methods: The animal model of dry yeast fever, phenol red excretion, asthmatic model and convulsion model were established. After high, medium and low doses of TSP were given to animals, body temperature and tracheal phenol red concentration Heat factor, asthma latency, convulsion latency, latency and other related experimental indicators. Results: Compared with the control group, the latent period of seizures in the mice of high and medium doses of Zanthoxylum Scoparium was significantly prolonged, and the increase of rectal temperature in the rats with fever was significantly decreased. The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and hypothalamus (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The latent latency of convulsions in the high dosage of TSP group was significantly longer (P <0.05), the level of PGE2 in the guinea pigs was significantly longer (P <0.05 or P <0.01) (P <0.05), and the content of TNF-α in serum decreased significantly (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Zao Huang Ye Zao San showed good antipyretic, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects on experimental animals, and its effect showed a certain dose-effect relationship.
