房地产企业近几年发展迅猛,但其团队建设问题及协作机制正处于初始发展阶段。本文旨在拟通过分析并评价房地产企业团队建设存在的问题,探索适合当代房地产集团规范化发展的模式。
Real estate companies have been developing rapidly in recent years, but their team building and collaboration mechanisms are at an initial stage of development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the problems that exist in the team building of real estate enterprises by analyzing and evaluating the models suitable for the standardized development of contemporary real estate groups.
