Objective To detect fasting blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase expression in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Sixty-three patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group. The clinical data were complete and the fasting blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase were detected. The significance of the expression in different clinical characteristics and prognosis was analyzed. Select the same period 20 cases of normal adults as a control group. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those in control group. The fasting blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase levels in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those in mild to moderate cerebral hemorrhage patients Fasting plasma glucose and lactate dehydrogenase expression was significantly higher than the survival group. Conclusion The fasting blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase expression in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage may be related to the prognosis of patients.
