目的采用高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱技术(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)对银黄清肺胶囊的化学成分进行检测和分析。方法采用Inertsil ODS-2 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)反相HPLC梯度洗脱法分离各主要成分,电喷雾电离源经正离子模式对色谱流出物进行检测,四级杆飞行时间串联质谱法对各主要色谱峰进行归属;采用对照品、检索文献及各成分的图谱数据分析的方法分析化学成分。结果依据质谱裂解规律及文献检索,在正离子模式下,从银黄清肺胶囊样品中共鉴定出54个化合物。结论本实验建立了一种基于HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术对复方银黄清肺胶囊中化学成分进行鉴别的有效方法,为其质量控制及物质基础研究提供了技术支持。
Objective To detect and analyze the chemical constituents of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS / MS. Methods The main constituents were separated by reversed-phase HPLC gradient elution on an Inertsil ODS-2 C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The electrospray ionization source was used to detect the chromatographic effluent via positive ion mode. The tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method was used to assign the main chromatographic peaks. The chemical composition was analyzed by using reference materials, literature search and analysis of the spectral data of each component. Results According to the rules of mass spectrometry and literature search, 54 compounds were identified from Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules in positive ion mode. Conclusion This experiment established an effective method to identify the chemical constituents in Compound Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules based on HPLC-Q-TOF-MS / MS technology and provided technical support for its quality control and material basic research.
