本文阐述了根据组分谱带在气相色谱填充柱中的运动规律,推导出在程序升温过程中组分保留时间与温度的关系式。运用据此式编制的Basia程序,预测有机物在气相色谱填充柱程序升温过程中的保留时间;并对八种有机物在SE—30柱和Porapak—Q柱上,进了在不同程序升温条件下的保留时间的验证,其预测值与实验值的相对误差大多小于3%,最高相对误差小于5%。
In this paper, the relationship between the retention time and the temperature of components in the process of temperature increase is deduced according to the movement of the component bands in the GC packed column. The Basia program was used to predict the retention time of organic compounds in the process of gas chromatographic packed column temperature rising. Eight organic compounds were separated on SE-30 column and Porapak-Q column under different programmed temperature Retention time verification, the relative error between the predicted and experimental values are mostly less than 3%, the highest relative error is less than 5%.
