《氮化硅陶瓷刀具的推广应用》课题组在过去研制的SNM82、SNM83、SNC255的基础上,目前又用国产粉体开发出氮化硅、复相氮化硅、复合氮化硅及α′—β′SIALGN复相陶瓷等几种不同材质的刀片以满足不同加工要求,而且其耐磨性、硬度都有所提高。生产应用表明,在切削高温镍基合宝、钴基合宝,淬火钢、高锰钢、灰铸铁、冷硬铸铁,高硅铝合金等材料方面都显示出比硬质合金优越得多的切削效率及加工质量,已达到80年代后期的国际先进水平。
