目的:优选水飞蓟总黄酮提取最佳工艺条件。方法:以水飞蓟宾含量及总黄酮提取率为综合评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验考察混合溶剂的配比、料液比及提取时间3个因素对水飞蓟宾含量及总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:水飞蓟壳提取最佳工艺条件是乙酸乙酯与无水乙醇按1:2混合,提取时间为8 h,料液比1:6,提取方式为逆流提取。结论:该提取工艺操作简便合理,重复性良好,可用于大规模生产。
Objective: To optimize the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Silybum marianum. Methods: Taking silybin content and total flavonoid extraction rate as the comprehensive evaluation index, on the basis of single factor test, orthogonal test was conducted to investigate the effects of the mixture ratio of solvent, the ratio of solid to liquid and the extraction time on silybin Content and total flavonoids extraction rate. Results: The optimal extraction conditions for the milk thistle shell were as follows: the mixture of ethyl acetate and absolute ethanol was mixed at 1: 2, the extraction time was 8 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 6, and the extraction method was countercurrent extraction. Conclusion: The extraction process is simple and reasonable operation, good reproducibility, can be used for mass production.
