回转台由一体式的马达减速机进行扭矩输出与传递,实现钢卷平稳连续运输。日常的使用过程中经常出现减速机花键轴断裂现象,造成回转台不能正常工作,影响轧线生产。本文结合回转台的设计结构和特点,减速机花键轴的断口形式分析,确定花键轴的断裂性质。以减速机花键轴的齿形和各项性能参数为依据,进行回转台运输钢卷时的受力分析,并对花键轴强度进行校核计算,找到影响输出轴断裂的主要因素。结合减速机花键轴的强度分析过程和影响因素,改善回转台的运行环境、优化动力系统,加强日常维护,提高减速机花键轴的使用寿命。
Turntable by the integrated motor reducer torque output and transmission, to achieve a smooth continuous coil transport. Routine use of the reducer spline shaft often appear broken phenomenon, resulting in rotary table can not work properly, affecting the rolling production. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of the rotary table design, reducer spline shaft fracture analysis to determine the nature of the spline shaft fracture. Based on the tooth profile and various performance parameters of reducer spline shaft, the force analysis during the transportation of steel coil by turntable is carried out. The spline shaft strength is checked and calculated to find out the main factors affecting the fracture of the output shaft. Combining the strength analysis process of the reducer spline shaft and the influencing factors, the operating environment of the rotary table is improved, the dynamic system is optimized, the daily maintenance is enhanced, and the service life of the spline shaft of the reducer is increased.
