目的探讨非职业锰暴露男性精液锰浓度对精液质量的影响。方法选择2012年在遵义医学院生殖医学中心进行精液检查的患者,按照精子活力分为异常(前向运动精子<32%)组和正常组各50例。检测精液中的锰浓度和精液质量(精子密度、精子活力、精子形态)。结果正常组精液锰浓度明显低于异常组(P<0.01);精液锰浓度与精子密度、精子活力及正常形态精子百分比均呈负相关(P<0.01),且以精子活力对精液高锰水平最敏感。结论本次调查的非职业锰暴露男性精液锰的生理浓度可能处于一个较高的阈值水平;精子活力是对高锰水平最敏感的精液参数,前向运动精子可用作反映锰暴露的生物指标。
Objective To explore the effect of manganese concentration in males exposed to amateur manganese on semen quality. Methods: According to the motility of sperm in patients with semen examination in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Zunyi Medical College in 2012, 50 patients were divided into abnormal (<32% of motile sperm motility group) and normal group. Detection of semen in the manganese concentration and semen quality (sperm density, sperm motility, sperm morphology). Results The concentration of manganese in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the abnormal group (P <0.01). The concentration of manganese in the seminal fluid was negatively correlated with the sperm concentration, sperm motility and percentage of normal spermatozoa (P <0.01) Most sensitive. Conclusion The physiological concentrations of male semen manganese in non-occupational exposure to manganese in this survey may be at a high threshold level; sperm motility is the most sensitive semen parameter to high manganese levels, and forward motility sperm may be used as a biological indicator of manganese exposure .
