先进复合材料具有比模量高、耐高温、耐疲劳等优点,在现代飞机上的用量越来越大。随着飞机服役年限的增加,复合材料构件会产生裂纹、内部分层等损伤。同面8电极技术可以用于飞机上复合材料构件的健康监测。高灵敏度的传感器可以检测到更细微的损伤,对检测结果有很大的影响。为使同面8电极电容传感器具有较高的灵敏度,通过实验研究了不同电压、频率及波形与同面8电极电容传感器灵敏度的关系。实验结果表明:激励信号的类型、幅值、频率以及矩形波激励信号的占空比对同面8电极电容传感器的灵敏度均有不同程度的影响。为选取合适的激励信号提供了依据。
