目的建立新疆常见的几种不同葱属植物的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对葱属植物中蒜氨酸等氨基酸类成分进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定葱属植物中蒜氨酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱中可检出蒜氨酸;蒜氨酸在19.91~199.15μg/mL浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.23%,RSD为2.01%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于不同葱属植物的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the identification and determination of thin layers of several different Allium species common in Xinjiang. Methods The contents of alliin, such as alliin, in Allium were identified by TLC. The content of alliin in Allium was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that alliin could be detected by thin layer chromatography. The allicin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 19.91 ~ 199.15μg / mL with the average recovery of 99.23% , RSD was 2.01% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of different Allium species.
