目的:回顾性分析高强度纤维桩树脂核应用于牙缺损的方法及疗效。方法:选择2008年4月—2009年4月就诊的65例前牙缺损患者分成两组,分别使用纤维桩树脂桩材料及金属桩材料进行治疗,在治疗后的6～24个月进行随访,了解患者牙体、牙根、牙龈的情况及患者的满意度。结果:治疗组的桩冠脱落、牙根断裂、牙色不满意、牙龈着色等情况均少于对照组,治疗组6、12、24个月的满意度分别为100%、97%、91%,明显高于对照组的90.6%、80%、76.7%。结论:高强度纤维桩树脂核用于前牙缺损安全有效,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the method and effect of high strength fiber post resin core applied to dental defects. Methods: A total of 65 cases of anterior dental defect from April 2008 to April 2009 were divided into two groups. The patients were treated with the fiber post and the metal pile respectively. The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months after treatment, Understand the patient’s teeth, roots, gums and patient satisfaction. Results: The treatment group had less crown detachment, broken root, unsatisfied tooth color and coloration of the gums. Satisfaction of the treatment group at 6, 12 and 24 months were 100%, 97% and 91%, respectively. Significantly higher than the control group 90.6%, 80%, 76.7%. Conclusion: The high strength fiber post resin core is safe and effective for anterior defect, which is highly satisfactory in patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
