以现代组织中的团队为具体研究对象,将集体意向性理论应用于组织管理的研究中。传统认知研究依托于离身性的本体论假设,在对团队行为和信息加工过程的解释中忽视了成员和环境等因素对团队认知过程的影响。具身主义理论提供了将团队视为行动主体的理论基础,集体意向性理论提供了重新理解团队认知的框架。团队语境赋予了集体意向性更具体的内涵,指的是由团队成员通过互动交流建立社会关系、根据共同的意向所形成的关涉特定目标的团队动态行为的性质。这一构念不仅强调了成员间共享一致的意图,还突出了这种一致性在动态过程中所体现出的目标指向性和团队成员间形成的互动关系,更好地解释了团队认知过程。
With the team in the modern organization as the specific research object, the collective intentionality theory is applied in the research of organization and management. Traditional cognitive research relies on the ontological assumptions of loneliness and neglects the influence of members and environment on the cognitive process of the team in the interpretation of team behavior and information processing. The theory of corporatism provides the rationale for thinking of the team as the main body of action, and the collective intentionality theory provides the framework for a new understanding of the team’s cognition. The team context confers more specific connotations of collective intent, referring to the nature of the dynamic behavior of team-specific goals related to the formation of social relations by team members through interaction and mutual exchange. This concept not only emphasizes the intention of sharing among members, but also highlights the goal orientation and the interaction between team members in the process of such consistency, and better explains the process of team cognition .
