工会劳动法律监督,是工会组织依法维护劳动者合法权益、督促企业规范用工行为,化解劳动纠纷的重要手段,也是劳动者参与管理社会事务的重要载体。本文通过对工会劳动法律监督机制构建之可能性、必要性进行探讨,并对总体框架和内容进行初步设计,以期能对各级工会开展劳动法律的有效监督,着力构建和谐劳动关系、维护劳动者权益和社会稳定有所裨益。
Trade union supervision of labor laws is an important means for trade unions to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of laborers in accordance with the law, urge enterprises to regulate employment practices and resolve labor disputes. It is also an important vehicle for workers to participate in the management of social affairs. This article explores the possibility and necessity of the construction of labor law supervision mechanism of trade unions, and preliminarily designs the overall framework and contents so as to effectively supervise the labor law at all levels of trade unions, strive to establish harmonious labor relations and safeguard workers’ Interests and social stability benefit.
