为了兼顾镁合金和铝合金的优异性能,采用非等通道横向挤压工艺在不同温度下制得AZ80/Al复合棒材。采用SEM和EDS技术及剪切冲头测试研究两合金的连接质量和连接强度。结果表明:挤压温度是影响合金界面键合质量的重要参数。当温度从250°C升高到300°C时,合金界面键合强度增加了37%,界面键合层厚度增加了4.5%。此外,此温升使成形载荷降低了13%。然而,硬度测试结果表明,此温升导致复合棒材的硬度降低了4%。
In order to take into account the excellent performance of magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy, the AZ80 / Al composite bar is made at different temperatures by non-isotropic channel lateral extrusion process. SEM and EDS techniques and shear punch test were used to study the connection quality and connection strength of the two alloys. The results show that the extrusion temperature is an important parameter affecting the bonding quality of alloy interface. When the temperature is increased from 250 ° C to 300 ° C, the bonding strength of the alloy interface increases by 37% and the thickness of the interface bonding layer increases by 4.5%. In addition, the temperature rise reduced the forming load by 13%. However, the hardness test results show that this temperature increase leads to a 4% reduction in the hardness of the composite bar.
