１０月２６—２７日在江西第二化肥厂（新余市）召开了全省第二次“十五”规划和科技开发座谈会。会议由省石化厅科技处黄衍南处长主持。省石化厅肖建国副厅长到会并作了重要讲话。基建处曾芳文处长就“我省化学工业“十五”及２０１５年发展规划基本思路”进行了分析和解说；
From October 26th to 27th, the second “10th Five-Year Plan” and scientific and technological development symposium was held in Jiangxi Second Fertilizer Plant (Xinyu City). The meeting was chaired by the Director of Science and Technology Department of the Provincial Petrochemical Department, Huang Yannan. Deputy Director Xiao Jianguo of the Provincial Petrochemical Department attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Director of Infrastructure Department Zeng Fangwen analyzed and explained the basic ideas of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” and the 2015 Development Plan of Chemical Industry in our province.
