晶体硅表面制绒虽然会降低太阳光的反射损失,但也会造成其表面损伤,从而制约晶体硅电池转换效率的提高.对这一问题设计光面晶体硅-陷光膜复合电池结构,经理论分析和实验表明:陷光膜可有效减少光的反射损失,光面晶体硅的光生伏特效应比绒面强,复合电池转换效率比绒面晶体硅电池提高2.2%.“,”The key for improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells is how to realize the high efficiency absorption of the solar light and enhancement of the photovoltaic effect. Although the surface texturing on the crystalline silicon surface can reduce the reflection loss of the sun light,but also can cause the surface damage, which limits the further improvement of the conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon cells. To solve this problem ,the structure of crystalline silicon composite cell with smooth surface and light trapping film was designed. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the light trapping film can effectively reduce the optical reflection loss and smooth surface of crystalline silicon is better than textured surface in the photovoltaic effect aspect ,the composite cell can increase 2.2%conversion efficiency than small textured crystalline silicon cell.
