以铸渗工艺制备出的Ni/Al2O3复合功能渗层作为研究对象,采用MM-200摩擦磨损试验机,摩擦副采用GCr15钢环,在干摩擦条件下考察其摩擦磨损性能;使用扫描电子显微镜观察磨痕形貌。结果表明:Ni/Al2O3复合功能渗层的耐磨性能随氧化铝的加入量增加而增加,载荷和滑动线速度对复合渗层的摩擦磨损性能影响也很大,随载荷与滑动线速度的增加,其磨损率持续增加,而摩擦系数则随载荷增加逐渐降低。Ni/Al2O3复合渗层的磨损机理主要为疲劳磨损、脆性断裂和磨粒磨损。
The Ni / Al2O3 composite functional layer prepared by infiltration infiltration process was used as the research object. The wear mechanism of Ni / Al2O3 composite layer is fatigue wear, brittle fracture and abrasive wear.
