目的建立了一种由反式二苯乙烯苷(反式-2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)制备顺式二苯乙烯苷(顺式-2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷)的方法。方法通过对不同转化条件的考察,确定最佳的转化条件。结果采用制备液相色谱技术对目标物进行分离,并经四大光谱进行鉴定。制备所获得的顺式二苯乙烯苷纯度大于98.0%。结论该制备方法简便快捷,制备效率高。
OBJECTIVE To establish a novel cis-stilbene glycoside (trans-2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside) Cis-2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside). Methods Based on the investigation of different transformation conditions, the optimal transformation conditions were determined. Results The target compounds were separated by preparative liquid chromatography and identified by four spectra. The purity of the cis-stilbene glycosides obtained by the preparation was more than 98.0%. Conclusion The preparation method is simple and rapid, and the preparation efficiency is high.
