近年来,随着生活水平不断提高,人们对蔬菜质量也提出了新的要求。为了做好城市蔬菜的产销工作,我公司在开展塑箱优质菜上市工作的同时,制订了优质菜的上市质量试行标准。现分述如下: (1)番茄新鲜,色粉红,着色七成以上,果形圆整,光滑,无畸形、裂口、虫蛀,无热斑、蒂结、硬斑,无空心,单果重不小于75克(5月及10—12月)—100克(6、7月)。
