皋兰路派出所在兰州市公安局城关分局党委的坚强领导下,紧紧围绕分局确定的“强基础、树形象、上台阶”的奋斗目标,切实履行职责,为民服务,有序、规范地开展各项公安工作,深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,有效维护了辖区社会治安稳定。派出所现有民警23人,辖区面积2.5平方公里,常住人口59993人,登记暂住人口5781余人,登记出租房屋1241家。辖区有企事业单位122家,宾馆、饭店和网吧等服务休闲娱乐单位330多家,大型商城、集贸市场6处,中小学校5家,宗教场所6家。还有东方红广场、兰州体育馆、黄河剧场以及兰州市酒吧最集中的区域——甘南路、麦积山路,治安形势十分复杂,治安任务极其艰巨。在警力不足的情况下,攻坚克难,连续破获大要案件,强力推进全年目标任务。截止6月初,已全面完成2014年分局下达的全年目标任务。一、认真开展党的群众路线教育实践活动皋兰路派出所支部严格按照分局的部署要求,思想上高度重视活动的开展,迅速成立领导小组,制定实施方案,确定了“学先进、找问题、抓细节、重整改、创亮
