神仙粥源流小考

神仙粥是常用的食疗粥方。其一,出自清代朱彝尊所撰《食宪鸿秘》一书。该书云:“神仙粥(治感冒伤风初起等症):糯米半合,生姜五大片,河水二碗,入砂锅煮二滚,加入带须葱头七八个,煮至米烂,入醋半小锺。乘热吃,或只吃粥汤亦效。米以补之,葱以散之,醋以收之,三合甚妙。”由于方效价廉,易于操办,颇为患者所喜,医家所重。沈仲圭老中医在1937年出版的《食物疗病常识》一书中亦收载此方。沈老曰:“神仙粥,专治感冒风寒暑湿头 Immortal porridge is a commonly used diet porridge.
