领导者巧用人才就在于能针对不同人的特点施展自己的招数。 用人之长,克人之短 有效的领导者对人的任命和提拔都是以这人个能干什么为基础的。用人不是为了克服人的弱点,而是为了发挥人的长处。德鲁克说,谁想在一个组织中任用没有缺点的人,这个组织最多是一个平平庸庸的组织。谁想找各方面都好、只有优点没有缺点的人,结果只能找到平庸的人。强人往往有较突出的特点,与人类现有的博大的知识、经验和能力相比,即使是最伟大的天才也有弱点。其实世界上是没有“完人”的。
Leading talent with talent lies in the ability to display their own tricks for different people. The employment of people, the short and effective leader of the people, are all based on what one can do to appoint and promote one person. Employment is not to overcome human weaknesses, but to play people’s strengths. Drucker said that who wants to appoint people without flaws in an organization, at best, is a mediocre organization. Who wants to find good in all aspects, only the advantages of people without shortcomings, the result can only find mediocre people. Strong people tend to have more prominent characteristics, compared with the existing extensive human knowledge, experience and ability, even the greatest genius has weaknesses. In fact, there is no “perfect person” in the world.
