目的:研究生物炭浸提液对茅苍术形态、生理、产量和品质的影响。方法:以常规施肥为对照,在大田试验中设计了小麦秸秆生物炭提取液叶面喷施(T1)、灌根(T2)和叶面喷施+灌根(T3)三个不同处理,分析毛苍术生长特征和品质特征。结果:施用生物炭浸提液显著提高了茅苍术植株中叶绿素含量,增大了叶面积。T1、T2、T3三个处理茅苍术根茎产量分别提高14.1%、15.6%、14.8%,苍术素含量分别提高7.7%、10.6%、9.6%。同时,生物炭浸提液处理也促进了茅苍术对微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜的吸收。结论:施用生物炭浸提液能显著提高茅苍术产量,改善品质,表明生物炭浸提液具有开发为营养肥料的潜力。
Objective: To study the effects of biochar extract on morphology, physiology, yield and quality of Atractylodes. Methods: The conventional fertilization was used as the control. Three different treatments of foliar application (T1), rooting (T2) and foliar application + irrigation (T3) Growth Characteristics and Quality Characteristics of Atractylodes. Results: The biochar extract significantly increased the chlorophyll content of the plants and increased the leaf area. The yield of rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea increased by 14.1%, 15.6% and 14.8% respectively with the treatments of T1, T2 and T3, and the contents of atractylodes rhizome increased by 7.7%, 10.6% and 9.6% respectively. At the same time, biochar extract also promoted the absorption of trace elements iron, manganese, zinc and copper in Atractylodes lancea. Conclusion: The biochar extract can significantly improve the yield of Atractylodes macrocephala and improve its quality, indicating that the biochar extract has the potential of being developed into a nutrient fertilizer.
