用透射电子显微术研究了Nd_(13.5)Fe_(81.74)B_(4.76)快淬永磁材料结构与磁性的关系。从高分辨TEM象和电子衍射分析中证实该材料是单相的多晶Nd_2Fe_(14)B组织。冷速V=24m/s时,晶粒度~100nm,晶内完整无缺陷,晶界无第二相或无定形层。材料的高矫顽力应来源于完整而细小的Nd_2Fe_(14)B晶粒结构。
The relationship between the structure and magnetism of Nd 13.5 Fe 81.74 B 4.76 quenching permanent magnet was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The high-resolution TEM images and electron diffraction analysis confirmed that the material is single-phase polycrystalline Nd 2 Fe 14 B tissue. Cold velocity V = 24m / s, the grain size of ~ 100nm, the crystal completely defect-free, no second phase or amorphous grain boundary layer. The high coercivity of the material should come from the complete and fine Nd 2 Fe 14 B crystal structure.
