目前,北京的社会保障和法律援助制度的建设处于各自推进阶段。加强两者关系研究的紧迫性日益明显。尽管法律援助与一般概念中的社会保障有所不同,但在构建和谐社会的过程中,法律援助同样具有社会保障的功能。将弱势群体的法律保护纳入法律援助的轨道,是社会保障制度规范发展的必然要求。 At present, the construction of Beijing’s social security and legal aid system are in their respective stages of promotion. The urgency of strengthening the research on the relationship between the two is increasingly evident. Although legal aid is different from social insurance in the general concept, legal aid also has the function of social security in the process of building a harmonious society. Incorporating the legal protection of disadvantaged groups into the legal aid track is an inevitable requirement for the standardized development of the social security system.
