目的:高蛋白的摄入可导致或加重肾脏的高滤过状态,而低蛋白饮食(LPD)对于减轻尿毒症症状,降低尿素水平,延缓慢性肾功能不全(CRF)病人肾功能的进行性恶化有确切的疗效,但长期的LPD摄入可导致患者营养水平的下降,采用必需氨基酸(EAA)疗法可以纠正患者的营养不良状况。本文旨在对LPD+EAA治疗CRF进行观察。结果:经低蛋白饮食及和安胶囊治疗1月后,患者血浆白蛋白水平明显增高,分别为31.59±8.24和36.05±6.73(g/L)(P<0.05),球蛋白无明显改变。和安胶囊对CRF患者血脂、血糖及血色素无明显影响,有降低血尿素氮水平的趋势。结论:低蛋白饮食加和安胶囊对CRF病人提高血浆白蛋白水平,改善患者营养状态是非常重要的。
