供电企业具有较复杂的财务管理环境和财务活动,造成了企业的结构和内部控制不合理等现象的出现,因此要完善企业项目风险管理。本文先是分析了供电企业项目财务风险管理的资金需求量大、固定资产所占比例较大及融资风险大的特点,然后详细分析了供电企业项目风险管理与控制体系,即供电企业的财务风险管理策略、财务风险管理程序和建立企业财务风险识别和控制体系。目的是为了帮助供电企业做好财务风险防范工作,加速企业的可持续发展。
Power supply enterprises have more complex financial management environment and financial activities, resulting in the emergence of such phenomena as the structure of enterprises and the unreasonable internal control. Therefore, the project risk management of enterprises should be improved. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of large amount of funds, large proportion of fixed assets and large financing risk in project financial risk management of power supply enterprises. Then it analyzes the project risk management and control system of power supply enterprises in detail, that is, the financial risk management Strategies, financial risk management procedures and the establishment of corporate financial risk identification and control system. The purpose is to help power supply enterprises do a good job of financial risk prevention and accelerate the sustainable development of enterprises.
