医患沟通是整个医疗过程中的一个重要环节,医患关系究其根本原因就是医德和利益的关系问题。医与患的利益牵扯到的是医患双方,缺了哪一方面也构不成该体系的形成,两者既有利益一致的地方,又有利益落脚的不同点。将医患双方在个体上的摩擦或矛盾推演成为医者与患者群体以至于医疗体系与全社会的矛盾,这是缺乏全面性与公正性的。医患关系是一对矛盾的共同体,个体素质水平的参差不齐,致使矛盾会不断出现。所以加强医患之间的沟通是调解医患矛盾的上策。只要我们不断地在微观的医患对应过程中不断提高自身修养,就将会看到宏观的医患关系定会有一个良好、和谐的局面。
Communication between doctors and patients is an important part of the whole medical process. The fundamental reason for the relationship between doctors and patients is the relationship between medical ethics and interests. The interests of doctors and patients involve both doctors and patients, and the lack of which is not the formation of the system. Both have the same interests and different interests. It is a lack of comprehensiveness and fairness that the friction or contradiction between doctors and patients will be deduced into the contradiction between doctors and patients and even between the medical system and the whole society. The relationship between doctors and patients is a contradictory community, the uneven level of individual qualifications, resulting in conflicts will continue to appear. Therefore, strengthening the communication between doctors and patients is the best way to mediate the contradiction between doctors and patients. As long as we continuously improve our self-cultivation during the micro-physician-physician correspondence, we will see that there will be a good and harmonious relationship between the macro-doctor-patient relationship.
