针对北京铁路局在客票营销方面存在的问题,在强化市场意识、强化竞争意识、强化效益意识和强化服务意识的基础上,提出加强淡季售票组织的具体措施,并大力推行多种售票方式。北京铁路局通过积极开展淡季客票营销工作,2010年在旅客发送量、客票收入等主要客运统计指标都有了较大幅度的提升。
In view of the problems existing in the marketing of ticket for Beijing Railway Bureau, this paper puts forward the concrete measures to strengthen the selling organization of off-season on the basis of strengthening the awareness of the market, strengthening the sense of competition, strengthening the sense of efficiency and strengthening the sense of service, and vigorously promoting a variety of ticketing methods. Beijing Railway Administration actively carried out off-season ticket sales. In 2010, major passenger traffic statistics such as passenger deliveries and ticket receipts have been greatly improved.
