目的采用稳健方差分析,评价丹参采样和元素分析全程质量控制过程。方法通过计算四川、河南、山东等8省26个点的丹参根际土和药材中无机元素测定值的方差分析,并参考相关标准,评价采样质量。结果丹参药材和根际土中Mn、Zn、Cu方差分析结构符合全程质量评价标准的要求。结论丹参相关样品的采集和分析误差在可控范围内。
Objective To evaluate the whole process of quality control of sampling and elemental analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza using robust variance analysis. Methods The variance analysis of the inorganic elements in the roots and herbs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. In 26 provinces of Sichuan, Henan and Shandong was calculated and the quality of samples was evaluated with reference to relevant standards. Results The variance analysis structure of Mn, Zn, and Cu in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and rhizosphere soil met the requirements of the full-scale quality evaluation standard. Conclusion The sampling and analysis errors of Salvia miltiorrhiza related samples are within controllable range.
