本文指出 ,随着中国经济的市场化进程 ,大型批发商业面临生存危机 ,虽经多次改革与调整 ,但未涉及大型批发商业经营体及其自身功能的创新 ,因此困境依旧。只有实现从批发型商业向配销型商业的战略转型 ,将大型批发企业改造成为适应网络经济要求的配销中心 ,并将自身的经营活动与生产厂家、零售商和消费者联成一个整体进行管理 ,即实行供应链管理 ,大型批发商业才能重获新生。
This article points out that with the marketization of China’s economy, large-scale wholesale and retail businesses are facing a crisis of existence. Despite repeated reforms and adjustments, they have not yet involved innovations in large-scale wholesale business operators and their own functions, so the plight still persists. Only by realizing the strategic transformation from wholesale business to distribution business will transform the large wholesale enterprises into distribution centers that meet the requirements of the network economy and integrate their business activities with manufacturers, retailers and consumers as a whole Management, that is, the implementation of supply chain management, large wholesale business to regain freshman.
