在一台柴油机基础上,采用气道口电控喷射甲醇,缸内柴油引燃甲醇的方式,开发了电控甲醇/柴油双燃料样机,试验结果表明,它能使甲醇对柴油的替代率达到35.1%,经济性基本保持不变,而汽车的加速与原发动机相比,双燃料模式的最高爆发压力下降,排烟和NO大幅度下降,该方法能精确控制甲醇喷射量,能使燃烧达到最佳状态。
Based on a diesel engine, an electronically controlled methanol / diesel dual fuel prototype was developed by means of electronically controlled injection of methanol at the airway port and methanol ignition in the cylinder. The experimental results show that it can make the substitution rate of methanol to diesel fuel reach 35.1 %, While the economy remains basically unchanged. Compared with the original motivation, the highest explosive pressure of dual fuel mode is reduced and exhaust and NOx are greatly reduced. This method can accurately control the amount of methanol injected and make the combustion reach the maximum Good condition.
