由于目前大多数基层医院缺少性能可靠的多功能呼吸机,在基层医院救治成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的成功率较低。作者曾用简易呼气终末正压通气(PEEP)装置救治ARDS 34例,死亡11例(32.4％)。
Due to the lack of a reliable multifunctional ventilator in most primary hospitals, the success rate of treating adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in primary hospitals is relatively low. The authors treated 34 patients with ARDS with simple expiratory positive pressure ventilation (PEEP) and 11 died (32.4%).
