hGH测定对几种疾病诊断的初步探讨山西医学院第二附属医院(030001)王娜,赵建瑞雁北地区药检所郭月英人生长激素(hGH)的测定是研究生理和病理情况下垂体hGH分泌的一项可靠方法。hGH的分泌与调节,虽无脉冲式改变,但在下半夜至黎明时有一分泌峰。材料和方法一、应用上海生物制品研究提供的hGH放射免疫测定药盒,用log-logitB/Bo计算。二、正常人89名为本院献血员、学生及部分健康职工。年龄15~55岁,男72例,女17例。三、各类患者皆为本院内分泌门诊或住院病人。结果正常人89例,空腹血清hGH值为1.24ng/ml,范围1.01±0.22ng/ml。成人糖尿病9例,均值为6.48ng/ml,最高值31.17ng/ml。与正常人比较有显著差异。甲亢3例,均值为1.17ng/ml,与正常人比较无差异。垂体瘤1例,均值176.42ng/ml,与正常人比较有显著差异。肢端肥大症2例,均值为95.38ng/ml,与正常人比较有显著差异。席汉氏症3例,均值为0.33ng/ml,与正常人比较无差异。讨论一、糖尿病患者的hGH激素与胰高血糖素呈相对或绝对增高[1]。而hGH被认为是引起糖尿病微血管病变的致病因素。
