1913年2月16日,《长沙日报》刊登的一则关于唐群英与郑师道结婚的广告,引发了多重场域的反应与互动。唐群英率众将报馆捣毁,酿成了一场官司诉讼。在历史事件中,唐群英本人因“英雌”动武的行为,不仅于法庭审判中败诉,同时被公众扣上了“女德有缺”的帽子。而文学作品的介入,更使得唐、郑“婚变案”颇具戏剧化色彩。事实上,透过案件结局与文学形象中唐群英的遭遇,恰可瞥见“英雌”话语的内在困境以及民初女性面临的诸多社会生态。
On February 16, 1913, an advertisement published in Changsha Daily on Tang Qunying and Zheng Shidao triggered a reaction and interaction in multiple fields. Tang Qunying led the public to destroy the newspaper hall, resulting in a lawsuit. In historical events, Tang Qunying himself not only failed in the court trial but also was captivated by the public because of the use of force by “heroines”. The involvement of literary works, but also makes Tang, Zheng “marriage change ” rather dramatic color. In fact, through the endings of the case and the encounter with Tang Qunying in the literary image, it is possible to catch a glimpse of the inherent predicament of “British female ” discourse and the many social ecology women face in the early Republican China.
