研究了玉米籽粒装卸过程中的输送速度、碰撞次数以及碰撞介质等对其破碎粉化行为的影响.研究结果表明,碰撞介质硬度越高,破碎现象越严重;当碰撞速度低于9m s时,各项破碎量与碰撞介质及碰撞速度关系不大;当碰撞速度高于12m s时,破碎量对速度较为敏感.分析认为速度过快是导致玉米籽粒破碎的主要因素.通过降低输送速度,可有效降低玉米的破碎粉化.
