[目的]进一步提高绵阳市城区内学校的食品卫生质量,保障师生的身心健康及生命安全。[方法]对2006~2009年绵阳市城区内学校的食品卫生监测资料进行分析。[结果]2006~2009年合计检测各类食品872份,合格的728份,合格率为83.49%。检测合格率,2006年为76.42%,2007年为81.14%,2008年为87.38%,2009年为89.04%(P<0.01);豆类制品为65.21%,面筋制品为75.00%,糕点类为79.42%,其他食品为90.09%(P<0.01)。不合格食品均为微生物指标(细菌总数、大肠菌群、霉菌)超标。[结论]2006~2009年绵阳市城区内学校食品卫生合格率呈逐年上升趋势,部分食品因受到微生物污染而不合格。
[Objective] To further improve the school food hygiene quality in Mianyang City and protect the physical and mental health and life safety of teachers and students. [Methods] The data of food hygiene monitoring in schools in urban areas of Mianyang from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results] From 2006 to 2009, a total of 872 samples of various kinds of food were tested, 728 were qualified, with a pass rate of 83.49%. The test pass rate was 76.42% in 2006, 81.14% in 2007, 87.38% in 2008 and 89.04% in 2009 (P <0.01), 65.21% for legumes, 75.00% for gluten products and 79.42 for cakes %, Other food was 90.09% (P <0.01). Unqualified foods are indicators of microorganisms (total bacteria, coliform bacteria, mold) exceeded. [Conclusion] From 2006 to 2009, the qualified rate of food hygiene in schools in Mianyang City was increasing year by year. Some foods were unqualified due to microbial contamination.
